This page describes how the current Momentum Team USA website handles information submitted through its forms.

Who operates the website

Momentum Team USA is operated by LAK Technology Inc. For privacy questions or removal requests, contact info@laktechnology.com.

Newsletter launch list

When you join the launch list, we store your email address, the permission you gave, the submission source and the date. This list is for The Momentum Brief and launch updates. Automatic newsletter delivery is not yet enabled. You may ask us to remove your registration using the contact address above.

Story submissions and partnerships

We store the name, email, business name, optional website, request type and story you submit. We use those details to review and respond to your request. Sending a pitch does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for unrelated promotional email.

How information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a hosted database on the website’s Cloudflare-based infrastructure. They are not publicly listed. The current site does not automatically transfer submissions to LO CRM or to an email sending provider. Website hosting may also process technical request information for delivery and security.

Security and browser storage

To limit abusive form submissions, the application stores a daily hash derived from a request’s network address and a submission count. The application does not store the raw address in its form database. The save-story feature stores article identifiers in your browser on that device. It does not create an account or synchronize between devices.

External websites

Articles and the affiliated-business directory link to other websites. Those websites have their own privacy practices. We do not automatically subscribe you to another business’s mailing list when you follow a link.

Access, corrections and removal

You can request access to, correction of or removal of your form submissions by contacting us from the email address used to submit them. We may need to verify the request before making changes. Do not include passwords, payment information, confidential customer data or other sensitive information in a story pitch.

Changes

We will update this page when the site’s data collection or integrations change. Any future newsletter will need a working removal mechanism before automated delivery is enabled.
